:bulletred: How to - Dualboot Leopard

Things you'll need

:pointr: A Empty DVD with 4.7 GB
:pointr: ImgBurn to Burn the iso or Format your DVD

Download & Burn

:pointr: First youve to download a Leopard iso like iATKOS
:pointr: Burn it on a DVD min 4.7 GB !

Create new Partition

:pointr: Go to your Disk Manager in Vista and create a new Partition for Leopard i took 30GB : )
:pointr: PLEASE ! Create a Backup Partition and put all your music , pictures and films on it , only to be on the save side !

Setup Boot Options

:pointr: When you start the computer type F11 and boot up with your CD Drive .
:pointr: Do not go into Bios and set the CD Drive at the first Order !

Boot from the DVD

:pointr: When the Timer goes down , press F8 and then "Enter" . After that youve to see the Grey Apple Screen. If a little Logo comes up and it wont boot right , reboot and all from the Second step , then it should work !
:pointr: Please be Patient , the grey apple screen can load over 10 Minutes !

Choose Partition

:pointr: If youre done with that a Screen apperas , choose your Language and go on . Let the install screen load !
:pointr: Ok , now youre on the Welcome Screen go fist to Utilities and then Disk Management .
Go to your Leopard Partition , then on "Erase / Löschen" and choose "Mac OS X Journaled" then on "Erase" now your Partition is activate!
:pointr: Now go to right click on your Hard Drive and look for "GUID" or "MBR" , youll need that later .
:pointr: Go on and choose your Partition -> Continue

Select Drivers before Installing

:pointr: This is a very importanted step , first select the Third Party Drivers like Network and your Chipset Driver , if you dont do that youll get a Kernel Panic or things like that .
:pointr: Select your Bootloader "MBR" or "GUID" and uncheck the Language Packages and Fonts that took a long time to install if you uncheck that the installation of Leopard is very fast !
:pointr: Choose the ToH SSE2 or SSE3 , and if you have the Vanilla Kernel .

Install Leopard

:pointr: After this steps you can follow the Button and install Leopard , if a little screen apears what will check your DVD press skip , took a long time ; )
:pointr: After 30 Minutes or 2 Hours dont know , youll be ready with installing let Leopard restart your PC and dont start from the DVD , now youll be able to boot in your Leopard Partition .
This can take a long Time please be Patient and wait !

Set up your Account

:pointr: Now , if you come to this Step youre ready with the installation of Leopard
:pointr: If you come to the Point when he ask for Transfer data and the PC Freeze - no problem restart and then it works !
:pointr: Do not type in your real Phone Number please xD I think that wouldnt be awesome .

Repair Vista's "winload.exe"

:pointr: After play a while with Leopard you have to restart , and then the menu appears where you can choose your OS , if you choose vista and it says you need to repair the file "winload.exe" restart with Vista DVD and click on "Repair" then open "Terminal"
Type in these Commands :

diskpart
select disk 0
select partition 1 (Vista Partition Number)
active
exit
bootrec /RebuildBCD
y
exit
diskpart
select disk 0
select partition 2 (Leopard Partition Number)
active
exit

Try to boot Vista

:pointr: After Repair , reboot and choose Vista now youll be able to boot into Vista and youve all your Files on the right place , have to works fast and fine like vista ever works xD
:pointr: If Vista works reebot and start Mac OS X Leopard again .

I always thought Mac was impossible to boot with Intel Chipsets. I went on another PC site, and they are running Intels, so I might do this. ;)
